Blue Star Equities is a real estate investment and development firm focusing predominantly on undervalued real estate opportunities in the Southeast region. Founded by Bob Husni in 2022, the firm is actively seeking value-add multifamily, medical office, and industrial assets in select markets throughout
the Southeast. Above all, integrity is the cornerstone of our organization. We believe that treating people right and always honoring our word is the most important principle to adhere to, and we look forward to working with like-minded counterparts that share our core values.

Market Knowledge
We believe that cultivating an intimate knowledge of a specific market is crucial to the success of our overall strategy. Each market has a host of nuances that can be easily missed if a deep pool of knowledge is not first developed.
As such, Blue Star Equities limits its sourcing geography to a select few markets that can be fully understood and tracked on a daily basis.
National & Local Networks
Relationships are the lifeblood of this industry, and we pride
ourselves on our ability to establish strong, long-standing relationships on both a local and national scale.
Blue Star Equities has pre-existing relationships with major players in the debt, equity, investment sales, leasing, and other third-party spaces, and we continue to build those relationships as we scale.
Balance Sheet
Blue Star Equities is backed by a private family office with significant dry powder to invest. We are able to leverage this capital structure to pursue deals expeditiously, avoiding lengthy Investment Committee meetings and other protocols that may slow down the acquisition process.
Partnerships
Blue Star Equities is open to pursuing JV and Co-GP opportunities where positive synergies may exist. For ground-up developments, we seek nimble local partners that can assist in executing the entitlement and construction of a project on a timely basis.
About Bob
Bob Husni is the Founder of Blue Star Equities. With almost six years of experience in the institutional commercial real estate space, he has executed on more than $500M of real estate between debt & equity investments, property acquisitions, and ground-up developments.
Bob has previously worked as the sole Investment Manager of The Real Co, a private real estate firm focused on industrial and multifamily development in the Northeast. Prior to that, he was employed on CitizenM Hotel’s Development & Investments team, pursuing land acquisitions and ground-up development for CitizenM’s North American hotel rollout. Previously, Bob worked on RXR Realty’s Investment Management team, managing trophy office/retail assets worth over $10B throughout New York City. Bob graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics and Urban Real Estate Development.
